A machine that keeps all your drinks fresh for 20 hours !

The 5 litre keg you insert into the cocktail filler stays cool for 20 hours thanks to the cold accumulator pack (3 gel films and an ice disc, frozen beforehand). Drink Up is the first connected portable cocktail machine (with an optional Bluetooth speaker) that works without electricity and keeps your drink at the ideal temperature. However, the keg must be very cool when inserted into the machine to guarantee this 20-hour autonomy.

How does the Drink Up cocktail machine work ?

The Drink Up cocktail machine is a universal machine that lets you enjoy all the drinks of your choice, including beer. You can also fit a 5-litre keg of beer compatible with Beertender® (Heineken, Affligem, Desperados, Pelforth, Fisher, Edelweiss...). If you want to drink a cocktail (mojito, gin and tonic, margarita, spritz, etc.), a mocktail or a craft beer, all you have to do is use the 5 litre Drink Up keg included in the pack.

The new Drink Up system fills glasses from the bottom up : the Drink Up cups have been specially designed for this purpose. They're sure to impress your guests ! They can be washed and reused hundreds of times.

How to use the Drink Up cocktail machine :

1.  Before using for the first time, we recommend that you wash the glasses in the top rack of the dishwasher at high temperature (50-70°C) to optimise the seal of the silicone valve at the bottom of the glass.

2.  To use the cocktail keg, fill it yourself with the drink of your choice, between 2 and 5 litres (it is not necessary to fill the keg completely). Then close it with the Drink Up stopper included in the pack and store the keg in a cool place. Before serving your cocktails, your keg should be placed in the fridge for between 5 and 10 hours (5 hours for a keg filled with already chilled drinks and up to 10 hours if the drinks are not chilled). If the drink is not cold enough, it can foam up quite strongly in the glasses when you fill them.

3.  Then use the service kit supplied with the machine : screw in a gas cartridge completely, then hit the centre of the stopper with the dip tube and lock the device by turning it clockwise a quarter of a turn. Lift the trigger and insert the filling nozzle.

4.  Insert the frozen circular cold accumulator into the bottom of the cooler. Place the 5 litre keg on top, then add the 3 flexible cold accumulators around the keg and close the machine cover.

5.  To fill your glass, insert it into the machine bonnet. The filling nozzle should enter the bottom of the glass through the silicone valve.

6.  To stop the filling process, simply remove the glass from the bonnet by pulling it upwards with a sharp tug.

7.  After use, it is important to release the remaining gas pressure in the keg and cartridge by pulling the decompression ring upwards.

8.  If you have used the cocktail keg, it is important to wash it thoroughly afterwards in hot water with a little washing-up liquid to remove any smell of drink. The empty keg, its stopper, the glasses and the Drink Up kit are washable and reusable. However, we recommend that you use the keg and cap no more than ten times to ensure that they work properly and to avoid leaks. For perfect hygiene, we advise you to follow the instructions for use supplied with the Drink Up kit scrupulously regarding the procedures for washing the keg.
