  1. Built-in pressure system : BeerTender® kegs have a built-in pressure system that keeps the beer under pressure and maintains the beer's carbonation, ensuring that it stays fresh and effervescent when served ;
  2. Keeping the beer fresh : BeerTender® kegs keep the beer at a temperature generally between 4°C and 6°C, so it tastes better every time it's served ;
  3. Specific format : BeerTender® kegs have a specific format that makes them compatible with BeerTender® beer machines. They have a capacity of 5 litres, and can hold different varieties of beer depending on the brands on offer ;
  4. Ease of use : BeerTender® kegs are easy to install in the BeerTender® beer machine. Once the keg has been inserted into the machine, it is ready to serve draught beer simply and efficiently, with an integrated dispensing system ;
  5. Variety of choice : BeerTender® kegs are available in a wide range of beers from different partner breweries. This gives you the opportunity to choose from a variety of beer brands and styles to suit your taste preferences.

It is important to note that BeerTender® kegs are not interchangeable with other brands of beer machines. How do you install a BeerTender® 5-litre keg in your Beer Up beer machine ?

  1. Before using it for the first time, we recommend that you wash the glasses supplied with your BeerTender® at high temperature (60°C) in the dishwasher to optimise the seal of the silicone valve ;
  2. Before each use, place your BeerTender® 5-litre keg of beer in the refrigerator for at least 10 hours to ensure optimum tasting temperature ;
  3. Keep your cold accumulators in the freezer before using your beer machine to keep your beer fresh for several hours ;
  4. To use the beer machine, start by placing the frozen round cold accumulator at the bottom of the machine. Then insert your fresh BeerTender®-compatible 5-litre keg of beer (such as Heineken, Pelforth, Lagunitas, Affligem, etc.) into the filler ;
  5. Once the keg is inserted, remove the BeerTender® keg spout and replace it with the Beer Up nozzle included in the kit. To do this, replace the tab on the keg with the trigger from the Beer Up filling kit. Tilt the trigger to one side before inserting it into the keg ;
  6. Then place the 3 flexible cold accumulators around the keg to maintain a constant temperature during serving ;
  7. Close the beer machine by placing the lid on top. Make sure that the nozzle stem is positioned in the groove in the lid designed for this purpose ;
  8. You can now serve your favourite beer ! Place your glass in the slot provided and let the beer rise to the top of the glass. Remove it as soon as it's full enough and enjoy your freshly tapped beer.
