What is the purpose of the Drink Up stopper ?

The Drink Up stopper is made up of a central plastic section that must be pierced by the Drink Up dip tube, thus falling to the bottom of the keg. The stopper secures the Drink Up kit to the keg simply by turning it a quarter turn. The stopper is essential because it helps to release the gas from the CO2 cartridge attached to the keg.

You can reuse the Drink Up stopper up to ten times. Once you've finished using your Drink Up cocktail machine, the Drink Up kit can be removed and the stopper recovered in its entirety. The black silicone part of the stopper, attached to the keg, can be easily unclipped by hand. The percussed white central section, located inside the keg, can also be recovered and reused, guaranteeing prolonged and economical use of the stopper. To remove the part of the stopper inside the keg, we recommend that you fill the Drink Up keg with 5 to 10 cm of water and invert it downwards.
